Non-Dairy Mocha Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar-free Da Vinci German Chocolate coffee syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk 
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour in to mason jars and store in the refrigerator. Makes about 2 quarts. It will get thicker in the refrigerator, but the cashew milk will help keep it from becoming solid. Different brands of coconut milk will set up differently. Increase the amount of cashew milk if you need it thinner.
