Turmeric Milk for Colds
This home remedy is based on an ancient Ayurvedic recipe for coughs, colds and sore throats. Turmeric is well known for its anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and anti-oxidant properties. Sipping turmeric milk can reduce nasal congestion, sooth sore throats, and reduce the length and severity of your cold.
Modern Savage Living testers have found turmeric milk to be more effective than over-the-counter syrups and pills. The best part is it tastes great and does not have the side effects of commercial cold remedies.
